If your child is in Year 2 and you are applying for a place in Year 3 please apply via Somerset County Council.
If your child is in Year 4/5/6 or you are applying for a place in Year 3 during the school year please complete the in year admission form and send it to the school office with proof of address and copy of the birth certificate.
