This was a brilliant suggestion as routines can help provide us with some normality in a time of a lot of change. This is just a guide. Please do not feel you have to follow this as it is just for those who wish to follow it.

- Move to a quieter space with less distractions

If these suggestions do not help, then try the following:

- Drink plenty of water

- Help with some tidying up/ tidy your bedroom

- Play with a pet/ sibling

- Regular breaks

- Take a nap

Timetable for the week

Timetable for the week 1
Some of you suggested that you would find it useful to see a weekly timetable in order to help fit in all the subjects. Like the daily timetable, this is just a guide for those who wish to refer to it.
