Friends of Hamp

We are very fortunate at our school to have a Hamp Friends of School Association that is and has been such an integral part of the school for several years.

In its times the Association has raised thousands of pounds, which have been spent on improving equipment and resources to enhance our children’s education and the facilities in the school.

We run a variety of activities through the year such as termly discos, School Tuck Shop at breaktimes and community Bingo on a Thursday.  Over the years the money raised has purchased computers, cameras and other equipment which are used regularly by our children!

As we have only a small group of regular people attending – volunteering at events we are always in need of anyone new who can assist.  If you feel you can volunteer your time please let us know.

We only meet up once every 6 weeks or so—depending upon need. There is no commitment and you can put in as little or as much as you choose! All help is gratefully received.

We meet at the school (time and dates to be arranged) for our meetings . The purpose of the meetings is to think of lots of fantastic ideas for new events and money raising opportunities in a very informal friendly environment! It’s a fantastic way to meet new people and other parents.

be sent out with details of meetings.
